The centre of Palma is just a 15-minute drive from both the airport and the port. Characterful buildings will surround you in the historic quarter as you visit the Moorish Arab Baths and the Gothic beauty that is Palma Cathedral. And overlooking the city from a hilltop is 14th-century Bellver Castle.
Explore Palma's modern art galleries, tapas bars and boutiques. Stroll the lively streets, people watch from a pavement café and perhaps even fit in a delicious traditional meal before your ship, Marella Discovery 2, departs at 10pm.
Day 2 – At Sea
Day two, you'll be at sea, giving you the perfect opportunity to get acquainted with everything available on board. All Inclusive is standard, so you can give into temptation in any of the restaurants. Buffet dining, Surf and Turf Steakhouse, pan-Asian cuisine and even a sushi bar are just some of the delicious options on offer.
Spend the day getting active on the outdoor climbing wall, in the main pool, on the jogging track, or in Oceans Gym. There’s even a kids’ club to keep everyone happy and entertained. When evening falls, head to the Broadway Show Lounge or enjoy an open-air cinema experience with Movies by Moonlight.
Day 3 – Ajaccio, Corsica
Time in port: 08:00–17:00
Ajaccio is the island of Corsica’s capital city, and the centre is just a five-minute walk from the port. It’s full of historical buildings, with highlights being Napoleon’s birthplace, Musée Fesch and the citadel. There’s also a lovely beach to stroll along.
A large part of the island is covered by a natural park. If time allows, take the 90-minute journey there from the port. You’ll be rewarded with over 350,000 hectares of lush forests and mountains to hike in.

Florence is well-known for its art and the picturesque medieval streets snaking through its historic centre. The Gothic Old Palace and Ponte Vecchio are top sightseeing highlights.
Pisa may be the more famous of the two due to housing one of the most recognisable and visited sites in the world, the Leaning Tower. - Be sure to snap those all important photos!
There are also many medieval buildings to discover, including a 13th-century cathedral and the baptistery.
Day 6 – St Raphael (for St Tropez and Cannes), France

It boasts a long, idyllic coastline, with Dramont Beach being a lovely place to relax and watch the sea lapping the shore. And it’s less than a 10-minute walk from the port into the heart of the town.
St Tropez and Cannes are within easy reach and make for great days out. You might also spot a celebrity or two as you walk around the marina at St Tropez and watch yachts coming and going. Away from the glitz, the old town is a lovely place to lose yourself in for a couple of hours.
