The White Isle is now known as a legendary clubbing destination, attracting all the top DJs during the summer months. However there’s a much more Zen side to the island in the Old Quarter of Ibiza Town. The charming capital is home to the D’Alt Vila citadel, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the Gothic-style cathedral which dates back to 13th century. You can always head out to Las Salinas beach, most popular with the rich and famous soaking in the sunshine.
Portugal’s capital is famous for its cafe culture and its Fado soul music. The coastal city has so much to offer from historic building to Atlantic beaches. To get the best view of the city head up to Sao Jorge Castle, from there you can see the old city with its beautiful pastel-coloured buildings.
