What is the dress code on Marella Dream?

The dress code onboard Marella Dream is pretty easy to follow – it’s split into three categories - Beachwear, Casual and

The first is a ‘come as you are’ affair, so bikinis and trunks get the thumbs up, plus we ask that you wear something on your feet for
safety reasons.

Meanwhile, Casual speaks for itself – we’re talking tops and shorts or a sundress.

Then you’ve got Smart, which is when you’ll need to dress up a bit. Put your sports or swimwear away, and opt for trousers, smart tailored
shorts or a skirt or dress, a shirt or polo shirt and smart shoes, so no trainers or flip flops. If you want to add a jacket or tie, that’s up to you.
Our Captain's Gala nights give you the chance to get really suited and booted.

Each of our restaurants has a dress code, and this can differ depending on the time of day, but you can find this information in each restaurant description onboard.

Can I choose my cabin?

Of course! With the new 'Reserve a Cabin' feature, you can select a particular cabin, by booking your cruise as normal, and then once you’ve decided which one you’d like, taking a look at the deck plan of the ship and choosing the cabin that suits you.

This can be done up to 15 days before your cruise takes place, but if you’re after a certain cabin it’s always best to book it sooner rather than later. Securing your cabin costs just £50, otherwise you’ll just be selected a cabin at random.

How do I pay for things onboard?

This includes dining costs at any of the speciality restaurants, upgrading to a Premium Drinks package or any internet access.

You can view your account balance any time at reception, which is where you can also settle your account before you depart the ship on your last day.
