Royal Caribbean Ovation of the Seas

17th April 2016 from Southampton, United Kingdom – 5 day, France & Belgium cruise from £599pp.

The third ship in Royal Caribbean’s Quantum Class will hold 4,180 passengers and is destined for the Asian market. Ovation of the Seas will relocate to Tianjin, China in May 2016.

Why you should sail on it

Another chance for those of you who missed out on sailing on a Quantum class ship. This ship will be every-bit-as-fancy as her sister ship Anthem of the Seas. So expect robot bartenders, dizzying views from the North Star and the thrilling Ripcord skydiving simulator.

Royal Caribbean Harmony of the Seas

Making the biggest splash is Royal Caribbean’s Harmony of the Seas. It will take its place in the record books as the biggest cruise ship in the world, holding a massive 5,497 passengers.

Carnival, Carnival Vista

It marks the return of Carnival’s ‘fun’ ships to Europe for the first time in three years. The 3,934 passengers will be sailing from Barcelona – Spain, Trieste – Italy and Piraeus – Greece covering the most popular spots in Europe before repositioning to the Caribbean for the winter.

Regent Seven Seas, Seven Seas Explorer

Seven Seas Explorer will be the most luxurious cruise ship on the seven seas, featuring all-suite, all-balcony staterooms. The crew to passenger ratio of one for every 1.4 passengers, holding just 750 passengers and 542 crew.

Viking Ocean Cruises, Viking Sea

Viking Sea will be the second ocean-going ship by Viking Ocean Cruises as they hope to continue their winning formula from Viking Star, launched in 2015. This ship won universal acclaim, including the best new ship in 2015 by Cruise Critic.

It’s Scandinavian living room chic sets it apart from other cruise liners and holds 930 passengers in all-balcony staterooms.
