It’s time! The much-awaited return of the fly-on-the-wall documentary series The Cruise is finally here – the popular show is back on our little screens tonight!
What time is it on?
Make sure to tune in tonight at 8.30pm on ITV and set it to record – you don’t want to miss any of these six episodes!
The programme is now in it’s third series and will follow staff and passengers onboard Royal Princess during a busy summer season around the Mediterranean.
You’ll get to see all the glitz and glam we’ve come to expect from life at sea, as well as behind-the-scenes footage into the gigantic operation that allows everything to run as smoothly as possible. And the icing on the cake – it’s narrated by Hugh Bonneville!
What will happen when strong winds threaten to prevent the ship from docking in Marseilles? How will new hotel general manager Craig motivate his staff – who are working long hours far from home? And on the excursion desk, will Timothy increase his sales figures?
Princess Cruises’ vice president UK and Europe, Tony Roberts, said – “This documentary is such a great platform for the cruise industry to showcase what a fantastic experience a holiday at sea is.
“As well as highlighting stunning destinations and onboard events, it also gives viewers a sneak peek behind the scenes to show the hard work of the 1,400 strong crew.”
And if you just can’t get enough, you’re in for a treat – as two more series are due to air later this year with visits to Alaska and the Caribbean!
