P&O Cruises are Britain’s favourite cruise line – and its no wonder when they’re tailored to British tastes with everything from food, entertainment, prices in sterling and even having a kettle in your cabin to make a cuppa!
With over eight ships in the P&O Cruises fleet, including larger family-friendly and smaller adult-only ships, there’s something for everyone. P&O Cruises’ flagship Britannia offers all the luxury of a five-star hotel and all the comforts of home. There’s so much to do onboard – with Strictly Come Dancing stars teaching you how to groove and P&O Cruises’ Food Heroes cooking up a storm.
New destinations and ports of call
The new destination for P&O Cruises’ 2019 cruise collection is the Arabian Gulf, with Oceana making it her home for January 2019. Click here to discover more.
There are three new maiden ports of call, too – Narvik is deep-set in the Fjords in Northern Norway and is surrounded by an unspoilt natural landscape. It’s also home to Fagernesfjellet mountain, a great viewing point for the Northern Lights. You can enjoy this destination onboard P&O Cruises Norway and Northern Lights itinerary.
Next up is Kagoshima, a seaside city on Kyushu Japan’s southernmost island which enjoys a tropical climate. This volcanic region is affectionately known as the Hawaii of Japan, thanks to its many palm trees and warm weather. You can call into this destination on one of P&O Cruises’ Arcadia’s World cruise or Grand tours.
And finally is Sir Bani Yas in the United Arab Emirates – a wildlife sanctuary for endangered wildlife native to Arabia. The island has undergone a phenomenal transformation, from desert to nature preserve, over the past four decades. You can see it for yourself on one of P&O Cruises Arabian Gulf sailings.
More time in port and overnight stays
P&O Cruises has also extended the time their ships will stay in port with even more evening departures. You’ll get to experience a whole new element to the destinations by having more time to explore and watch the sunset as you sail away.
And it only gets better! You can really get to know your destinations with more overnight stays in port, including Barbados, Alta, Madeira, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Seasonal sailings and world cruises
There’s more choice for school holiday sailings, with short breaks to Europe, Iberia and Canary Island sailings, and Christmas and New Year cruises. So you can enjoy your holiday with the whole family.
Or if you fancy setting out on a truly epic adventure, how about one of P&O Cruises Grand Tours sailing – or even a World cruise?
