With the luxury of an overnight stay in Monte Carlo, a playground for the rich and famous, you’ll want to look your absolute best. When you’re out sightseeing and not planning on lunching in one of the finer restaurants, then casual attire is fine, but you might want to keep it polished to fit in. Then evenings glam things up so go smart casual at the very least.

The streets of Monte Carlo have a steep incline too, so if you are thinking of doing lots of walking, it’s probably best to leave the high heels onboard and wear your most fabulous flats. To emulate Bond with a flutter in the Monte Carlo Casino, bear in mind that, past 8pm, the dress code is extremely strict and men are required to wear jackets and ties in the main area.

From Monte Carlo you can also enjoy an excursion to Cannes, strolling along the Croisette and visiting the site of the legendary film festival.
