It’s official – Anthem of the Seas has launched and is now sailing from its new home in Southampton. She was sent off in style by Godmother Emma Wilby, who performed Katy Perry’s hit song Firework before officially naming the ship and christening it with the traditional bottle of champagne! It will be cruising around the Mediterranean on 3, 4, 7, 8, 10, 12, 13, 14 and 16 night itineraries. As a sister ship to Quantum of the Seas, Anthem has all the latest technology and entertainment facilities onboard. From the London Eye-inspired ride, the North Star to the RipCord sky diving experience. Indoors you’ll find the music theme come to life in venues including the Two70 Venue and the Music Hall. Plus, enjoy family-connected staterooms and virtual balconies in the fabulous accommodation.
Combining the newest technology with jaw-dropping venues, the entertainment on board Anthem of the Seas is nothing you’ve ever experienced before. From Virtual Concerts in Two70 to the world’s best tribute acts in The Music Hall, there’s something for everyone on board this Quantum Class ship.
Royal Caribbean has also announced the launch of Dynamic Dining on its Quantum Class ships. Enjoy more options than ever before with the choice of 18 restaurants on board, will it be the classic American Icon Grill serving up Southern Buttermilk Chicken, or how about enjoying Jamie’s Italian onboard? The famous chef will be bringing his popular restaurant to the ocean for the very first time, so you can enjoy the zingy Prawn linguine or the Pumpkin panzerotti on your next Royal Caribbean cruise.
Dynamic Dining is all about choice…choose your seat, your restaurant and your dining time. Five new restaurants are included in your cruise price, along with old favourites including Windjammer.
