P&O Cruises introduces Britannia


The largest ship ever built exclusively for Britain, Britannia combines the class and signature features you come to expect from a P&O Cruises ship, with new technologies and innovations (including the all new Headliners Theatre featuring a LED wall)! Some other highlights you’ll find onboard are a £1m art collection, 13 bars, 13 restaurants, nine entertainment venues and four pools. P&O Cruises are continuing to lead the way in cruise ship cuisine, following on from Marco Pierre White and Olly Smith, Britannia will also add Saturday Kitchen star James Martin to the menu of Food Heroes! And if you’re a keen foody you’ll also love the brand new Cookery Club found on deck 17. Comprising of 12 stations, you can learn from the professionals as 2 hour lessons will be held onboard. The entire programme has been ‘cooked’ up by James Martin himself! Eric Lanlard, the face of British Patisserie, is also onboard Britannia cooking up a storm of cakes and cheese boards in the all new Market Cafe. Programme Highlights

Britannia will arrive in Southampton in March 2015. Her maiden voyage will be a 14nt itinerary around the Mediterranean on 14 March 2015. Visit seven ports of call in six countries including Gibraltar, Spain and Italy.
