1. The promotion is applicable to new bookings made between Tuesday 7th March 2017 and Monday 1st May 2017
on selected sailings of 6 nights or more departing between 1st May 2017 and 31st December 2018. China sailings
and guarantee stateroom bookings in Z, Y, XN, X & W categories are excluded from this promotion.
2. Prices are per person and based on two people sharing a double occupancy stateroom. All prices advertised are
inclusive of the 30% cruise fare saving.
30% Cruise Fare Saving (all guests)
3. Eligible bookings will benefit from a saving of 30% off the prevailing cruise fare price for each guest booked into
the stateroom. Other add-ons & amenities including, but not limited to, gratuities, air fares, hotels & transfers are
not included & will not be reduced as part of this promotion.
Onboard Spend (per stateroom)
4. Eligible bookings will benefit from onboard spend per stateroom as follows: (i) an Interior or Oceanview
stateroom booking with a duration of 6-12 nights will receive $50 USD or $100 USD for sailings with a duration of
13+ nights; (ii) a Balcony stateroom booking with a duration of 6-12 nights will receive $100 USD or $200 USD forsailings with a duration of 13+ nights; or (iii) a Suite booking with a duration of 6-12 nights will receive $200 USD
or $400 USD for sailings with a duration of 13+ nights.
5. Onboard spend can only be spent up until 10pm on the final evening of the cruise. It has no cash value, is not
redeemable for cash and cannot be used in the onboard casino. Any remaining credit after this time will be
removed from the applicable account.
General
6. The promotion is not combinable with Travel Agent Rates, Interline Rates, Net Tour Op Rates, Gross Tour Op
Rates, Friends & Family, Interline (unless otherwise stated) or any form of Non Revenue price programs such as,
but not limited to Seminars at Sea, Perishable Inventory & Complimentary prize winner staterooms.
7. This promotion is combinable with Crown & Anchor Discounts, Tescos Clubcard bookings, the benefits offered by
booking onboard via our Future Cruise Consultants (Reserved or Open Bookings) and Future Cruise Certificates
only and is not combinable with any other offer unless stated otherwise.
8. This promotion is combinable with Groups benefits such as GAP & Tour conductor benefits if named between 7th
March 2017 and 1st May 2017 at prevailing rate.
9. This promotion is applicable to bookings made in EUR and GBP.
10. Any options created prior to the Promotion Period for an eligible sailing will be automatically cancelled. Options
may only be allowed until the end of the same day it is held, during this promotion, after this time options will be
cancelled.
11. Bookings that are created within the stated campaign period but that subsequently move to either a lower price
program and/or non applicable ship & sailing date will not retain the benefits of this promotion.
12. Bookings created prior to this promotion that wish to access the new benefits will have to cancel existing booking
and make a new booking. Bookings that are cancelled shall be subject to prevailing cancellation charges.

Alaska Stateroom Upgrade Promotion 

The Alaska Free Upgrade offer is applicable to new bookings only created between 01March to 30April 2017 and are subject to change and availability (OF & BK Status) on selected Celebrity Cruises Alaska sailings from May 2017 to September 2017.

The Upgrade promotion is applicable on selected 2017 Celebrity Solstice, Celebrity Infinity & Celebrity Millennium Alaska sailings and on selected stateroom categories only where a lower cabin class category will be priced in line with a category in the cabin class above. Reduced Flights to Europe from £99pp

The Offer is applicable to selected UK and Ireland gateways and is subject to availability. Reduced Air is inclusive of air taxes & standard transfers. Transfers are applicable from port and airport to and from ship only.

Early Saver Fare

Saver Fares require a 100% deposit at the time of booking and are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. No amendments are permitted once booked; any amendment will be treated as a cancellation. Bookings are made at the relevant cabin type and a cabin number is allocated by P&O Cruises prior to departure. Dinner seating as allocated on board. Shuttle buses in ports are an additional cost. Saver Fares apply to new bookings only. These terms and conditions vary, where relevant, the applicable booking conditions which are otherwise unchanged.

Free onboard spending money

Based on 2 adults sharing, available on all stateroom grades and varies by stateroom type. Onboard spending money may be used on a single cruise only, is non-refundable, not for cash value, and expires at the end of that cruise. Half price places for kids offer refers to 3/4th passengers sharing a stateroom with 2 full paying passengers and utilizing upper berths. Passengers travelling as a 3 or 4 but in two separate staterooms are not applicable for this offer. Passengers utilizing upper berths are not legible to receive the onboard credit offer. All offers are subject to availability and apply to new bookings only.

In the case of carriage by sea, Holland America Line acts as agent for Holland America Line N.V. in its capacity as general partner of Cruiseport Curacao C.V. In the case of carriage by air, Holland America Line is licensed by the Civil Aviation Authority under ATOL 6294;"itinerary" means the proposed itinerary as described in the relevant Holland America Line brochure or other documentation published by or on behalf of Holland America Line; “Package” means the Cruise and any flights to and from the UK and any pre-cruise and/or post-cruise package which is sold at the same time as the Cruise, but not shore excursions or shuttle services; “the Guest” means each and every person named in the booking and/or a Holland America Line ticket; “the price” means the price for the Package as detailed in the confirmation invoice issued by Holland America Line (excluding shore excursions and any additional charges shown as such in the relevant Holland America Line brochure or otherwise advertised) and payable by the Guest under the Contract; “shore excursion” means any excursion offered for sale by Holland America Line for which a separate charge is payable at the time outside the price whether reserved in the UK prior to the commencement of the Package or purchased on board the ship; “shuttle service” means any transportation service (ferry, bus, coach or minibus) provided by a third party which may (without guarantee) be available to Holland America Line’s guests in certain ports; “a significant alteration” means major changes to your Package; “Supplier(s)” means any company or individual contracted by Holland America Line to provide any service forming part of the Package.

We endeavour at all times to keep our prices as accurate as possible, and whilst our prices are updated regularly and displayed in good faith our prices should be seen as a guide only. When cruise lines offer Buy One Get One Free, Buy One Get One Half Price or 25% discount etc - these discounts have been taken into account in our pricing and the price you see is per person. 

Technology and Pricing

Our technology supplier Traveltek pulls through the cheapest prices available.  However, the cheapest fares do not always qualify for advertised extras.  For example in order to receive Buy One Get One Half Price and Free drinks with Royal Caribbean the T&C's state China sailings and guarantee stateroom bookings in Z, Y, XN, X & W categories are excluded from the promotion.  You must therefore read the T&C's relating to the promotion and ensure the cabin type or grade you are looking at qualifies for any added benefits. Another example is P&O who offer on board credit but this is only applicable to Select fares.     

Single Passengers

Our technology supplier Traveltek can only pull through prices based on two people sharing; we do advertise single holidays in the single section in order to show our customers where single cabins are available. However, you must ring for the price for a single cabin.

Smoking On Ships

Most cruise ships are changing their policy regarding smoking on Balconies as this is no longer permitted.  There are still designated smoking areas around the ship.
